Doorstep Trash Valet Service
Brownz Enterprise Trash Valet will provide doorstep trash pick-up three nights a week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday, between 7:00 and 11:00 p.m.

Each community member will receive a Brownz Enterprise Trash Valet trash can, which they will keep on the property.
​
When they move out, community members must return the Brownz Enterprise Trash Valet trash can that was issued. If the community members fail to return the trash can, they will face a $50.00 fine to replace it. To receive service, community members must use their complementary Brownz Enterprise Trash Valet trash cans.
Instructions for service:
Community members must place a 10-gallon trash bag on their doorstep by 7:00 p.m. to receive service.
Trash bags must be tied.
The trash bag must not exceed 20 pounds.
Community members must not exceed 2-10 gallon trash bags in one night.
Do not place broken glass or sharp objects into a valet trash can.
Do not leave large items, such as furniture or large boxes, for valet pickup.

Pet Waste Valet Services
Brownz Enterprise Trash Valet will collect pet waste from each waste station that is on the property while conducting doorstep valet trash pickup. This add-on service is based on the following guiding principles:

The cost is $15.00 per pet waste can, with a collection service available three days a week.

About the Owner
Dr. Jessica J. Brown (Dr. JB) is a dynamic leader passionate about community and inclusion! Hailing from Grand Rapids, MI, Dr. JB has spent the past ten years in Illinois, where her career took off as a seasonal employee with the City of Kalamazoo District. This pivotal experience fueled her enthusiasm for work and community involvement, leading her to a remarkable journey in higher education that began in 2014 as the head women's volleyball coach and senior women's administrator.
Since then, Dr. JB has reached impressive milestones, including her promotion to Title IX Coordinator and subsequently to Vice President of Student Affairs and Athletics at North Central College. She has made a significant impact, overseeing 26 varsity-level sports and contributing to four national championships!
Outside of her professional accomplishments, Dr. JB is devoted to mentoring Black girls and women, sharing her insights at conferences, and tirelessly working to uplift others.

Overview of Services
Brownz Enterprise Trash Valet will provide doorstep trash pick-up three nights a: Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday between 7:00 and 11:00 p.m. Each community member will be issued one Brownz Enterprise Trash Valet trash can that will remain in their possession while they are a community member on the property. Community members must return the issued Brownz Enterprise Trash Valet trash can when they move out. Failure to do so will result in a 50.00 fine to replace the trash can. To receive service, community members must utilize their complementary Brownz Enterprise Trash Valet trash can and place a 13-gallon trash bag on their doorstep by 7:00 p.m. Trash bags must be tied and not exceed 20lbs. Community members must not exceed two 13-gallon trash bags in one night. Please do not place broken glass or sharp objects into the valet trash can, and do not leave large items, such as furniture or large boxes, for valet pickup.

Pricing Structure
- 100 Units: $40.00 per community member (regardless of whether the unit is or not) per month.
- 200 Units: $40.00 per community member (regardless of whether the unit is occupied or not) per month. $2,000 profit for the complex per month.
- 300 Units: $40.00 per community member (regardless of whether the unit is occupied or not) per month. $10,650 profit for the complex per month.
- 400 Units: $40.00 per community member (regardless of whether the unit is occupied or not) per month. $2,000 profit for the complex per month.
- 500-900 Units: $40.00 per community member (regardless of whether the unit is occupied or not) per month. $2,500-$4,500 profit for the complex per month.
- 1,000 Units and above: $40.00 per community member (regardless of whether the unit is occupied or not) per month. $5,000 profit for the complex per month.
Violations
We will report all violations to the property management within 48 hours of the violation.
Property management will be required to issue a violation notice to community members who fail to adhere to the valet service guidelines.
Communities that fail to adhere to the valet trash service provided by Brownz Enterprise Trash Valet will be subjected to the following fines:
Violation Level 1 - Written Warning issued by the complex management staff,
Violation Level 2 - $20.00,

Violation Level 3 - $40.00, and
Violation Level 4 - $50.00
