There will be 13 calendar days when service will not be provided. Additionally, if the weather is not suitable for service, a notification will be sent to the property for formal communication to all community members. The list of days when service will not be provided is as follows:

- New Year's Eve - December 31st
- New Year's Day - January 1st
- Martin Luther King's Birthday (ML Day) - 3rd Monday in January
- Easter Sunday - 1st Sunday after the Paschal full moon
- Mother's Day - 2nd Sunday in May
- Owners Day - May 21st
- Memorial Day - Last Monday in May
- Juneteenth National Independence Day - June 19th
- Independence Day - July 4th
- Labor Day - 1st Monday in September
- Thanksgiving Day - 4th Thursday in November
- Christmas Eve - December 24th
- Christmas Day - December 25th (Services will be provided on December 26th in the morning for holiday overflow).
